Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Items that have been widely used, or altered are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact our customer service team at copieroutletinc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item to start the return process.
- Provide your order number, receipt, and reason for the return. Customers should ALWAYS pay before order pickup, to be eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exceptions
- Custom orders, personalized items, or any prints are non-refundable.
- Defective or damaged items upon arrival will be replaced or refunded at no cost; please notify us immediately.
